Re: How to prepare for HR Interview?
Dear Friend
In the HR interview most of the questions are asked to judge how good are you to work in the company. Some questions are asked that one can't expect and this type of question gives and idea how you respond in surprising and critical situation. Some questions are asked to judge your attitude ans your behavior with your surrounding people. You always try to dominate? Can you compromise your attitude with the working culture. So, while answering any of the above questions you should answer only those that HR wants to hear. e.g. If you want to be an IAS officer after 3-4 year job. then your short term goal is that JOB and long term goal is IAS. But this answer assures your rejection. So, you should answer in such a way that states your long time stay in the company. e.g. if you are an engineering student and you are appearing interview for a relevant job then you should say that currently you are seeking a job in ABC field (according to your stream of study) to get exposure to practical work for your studies and after refining your technical and managerial knowledge you expect to grab a high official post and you will continue your working in a challenging way always whatever post you get. I have an HR Interview Tips file that include almost all possible HR question. Download it from the attachment and read it carefully to prepare for your interview. |

Re: How to prepare for HR Interview?
Hello friend, first of all before preparing anything with the help of experienced people, try to find aptitude in yourself. do you really find yourself as HR person. try to evaluate the emotional side of you and check whether you are able to use this in managing people and geeting work done and completing targets. If you are good in handling people, then you can definitely do well in HR field and you can answer very well all the questions in the interview.

Re: How to prepare for HR Interview?
HR interviews should be the final stage of selection for most of the jobs.
There are several questions will be asked in the HR interview which may be related to understand your mentality, personality and to check whether you are having the required skills to fit into that job or not. The very first question will be self introduction .You make yourself a good content to answer this question with a minimum of 2 minutes to a maximum of 5 minutes and more than that. Highlight all your strengths and achievements if they are related to the job you are attending. Keep in mind that what ever you are going to say in self introduction, you will be posed question on the basis of that. Prepare yourself about what kind of questions will be asked and the best way to answer them. Maintain a little smile on your face and with good appearance as a professional. Accept the reality. If something is not known to you, accept that instead of bluffing the interviewer which will become problem for you in the future. |

Re: How to prepare for HR Interview?
FIRST and the most important thing is that you should know everything about the company
whose interview you are giving. you will need to analyze yourself. if you want to be successful take the time to learn about your own strengths and weaknesses. If you know your weaknesses, you can present them in a way that can allow you to overcome them. It is also important for you to show self-confidence during an interview. if you are confident then employer can hire you. To conduct an interview successfully, you will want to practice as much as possible before the interview starts. One good way to do this is to purchase a video camera and record yourself. you can use a mirror for communication also. The more you practice conducting an interview, the better you will become. pay attention to non-verbal factors. Non-verbal factors include things such as appearance, demeanor, and body language. It is these things that will play a role in how you are perceived by the interviewer. |

Re: How to prepare for HR Interview?
HR interview simply checks the confidence, communication skills, attitude and decision making power. They'll try to confuse you with different option for a question just to check your confidence about that particular problem. HR interview can play a vital importance in your selection process as it reflects your personality
