I am a b.tech fresher 2014. Can I apply for a post in govt sector which is for diploma holders.? But at the advertisement the minimum qualification reqd is diploma. But since b.tech is superior then diploma can I apply for the post.?

No, you cannot apply for Diploma based jobs because some jobs are only fit for Diploma candidates. If in the notification the diploma is the minimum educational qualification required, that means, candidates who have completed Diploma course and B.Tech after Diploma are eligible to apply for that jobs. If you have completed Diploma course before you B.Tech course, then, you are eligible to apply for that post else you are not eligible to apply for that post.
