Yes you can apply for 2nd year diploma course as you passed out your 12th standard. Under this situation i suggest you to contact higher authority and ask them about solution of this problem. If still you felt helpless then do re-fill your application form with your correct details and submit it. Also attach a application in which you tell them about mistake you have done in previous form.

After that they will cancel your previous registration and replace it with new one.
