Yes, of course you are eligible for B.Sc in Electronics after completing Diploma in Electronics. But, only few universities accept Diploma qualification. After completing Diploma in Electrical course you can directly join in B.Sc Electronics second year.

Aspirants who have passed 12th standard in science stream from any of the recognized institutions are eligible to apply for the B.Sc in Electronics. Minimum 50% marks in the qualifying examination for admission. Some reputed universities may also conduct their own entrance test for selecting candidates.
