Sorry to say that you are not eligible for B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering in Abroad after completing Diploma course. Most of the foreign Universities or college will allow to give admission for PG course. Those who interested to do B.Tech through foreign Universities must be Citizen of that country and must have lived 5 years there. The candidate must appear and qualify in the TOFEL/GRE exam with good marks.
