You have completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering which is a higher qualification than ITI. Hence, it is not advisable to pursue ITI after Diploma. You can choose B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. You can choose part time Engineering or regular Engineering through the lateral entry system (ie. to join second year directly). So you have to choose the course you want to study.
