Hello everyone, can anyone of you let me know about the structure of Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology course which is available in Delhi Institute of Technology & Research? Kindly tell me about the fee expenses also. Thank you!

Diploma in Ophthalmic Technology is a two-year program offered by Delhi Institute of Technology & Research (DITR). The course is designed to provide students with a detailed understanding of the human eye and vision system, including the diagnosis and treatment of various ocular diseases. The course structure includes both theoretical and practical aspects of ophthalmology, and covers topics such as anatomy of the eye, optics, ocular diseases, ophthalmic instruments, and clinical techniques.

The course is divided into four semesters, with each semester comprising of theory and practicals. The first two semesters focus on the fundamentals of ophthalmic technology, while the last two semesters delve into more advanced topics such as ocular pharmacology and clinical diagnosis. The curriculum also includes a mandatory internship in a recognized hospital or clinic, where students gain hands-on experience in the field.
