Is Diploma and certificate course in Laboratory technique considered equivalent?

Can a candidate with Diploma in Laboratory Technique be treated as equivalent to a candidate with a certificate course in Laboratory technique? Because for Diploma qualification is 10+2 and for certificate course qualification is 10 pass.

Certificate course is never equivalent to a diploma course. Hence, if diploma is required then you can't use certificate qualification which is mostly of 6 month duration.

Therefore, it will be better to pursue diploma because there is no chance that certificate qualification will be treated equivalent to diploma.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
