Is Diploma in Mechanical Engineering eligible for TNPSC Group IV?


I am completed 3 Years diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Post Diploma in Computer Applications (III Semesters. One Year - Regular and III Semester as training and Live Project) both courses are regular stream and under department of Technical Education, Tamilnadu. Can i write tnpsc group IV examination and what is the age limit for diploma candidates.

i have 65% in 5th semister third year diploma in mech of VJNT cast. I can Take admission
