A student who has completed diploma after tenth (10th) , how he can manage course of 11th and 12th. course of Diploma and intermediate both vary each other.But selection qualification required is either diploma or intermediate.

Diploma qualification is treated as equivalent in most cases. Hence, you don't have to complete 12th now. In fact diploma qualification is more than 12th in some cases and you will get advantage of 1 year during admission in B.Tech course.

You have choice that either you carry on for 11th & 12th standard from regular or choose diploma course. You also have a option to continue your 12th standard from open board along with diploma. You can join State/National open board for 12th standard.

Just apply for 12th standard as a new applicant. Visit to NIOS official website and apply as a new candidate. Fill form properly and submit it. Post copy of form, documents, & Admission and exam fee to their regional office. After completing all these formalities enrollment number, ID Card will be posted to your mentioned residential address.

If you are pursuing Diploma course then, there is no need for you to qualify 10+2 examination. Diploma course is equivalent to 10+2 course.

Diploma has more value as compare to Intermediate. also, you can get jobs after having Diploma Degree but, after pursuing 12th you cannot get any job.

If you will take admission in B.Tech then, you can take admission in second year of B.Tech through lateral entry.
