I have done my diploma in electronic and communication in Manav Barathi university. How to verify and validate if its valid or not? Can you please provide me the information on the same? Is there any way we can find out or only when we apply jobs we will come to know?

Just make sure you have got UGC approved qualification and in case you are doing a technical diploma course, then AICTE approval is also necessary. Manav Bharti university is not listed under fake university list of UGC, means it is offering you a recognized qualification.

Just make sure it has AICTE approval to offer diploma in electronics and communication engineering, so that you can apply for any technical jobs in government sector.
