After diploma in mechanical which are better job or other courses like as lateral entry.?

But I have money problem.. I am completed 77% in diploma..

Yes, but as far as B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is concerned there are less number of good job opportunities with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering qualification. Because Diploma in Mechanical is treated as under graduation course, which is not equivalent to Bachelor Degree. Job opportunities basically depend on the degree that a candidates has obtained and skills possessed by the candidate. Mechanical stream offers wide range of job opportunities to under graduates, graduates, and Post graduates. I recommend you to pursue B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering after completion of Diploma course, so that you can find better job opportunities with Bachelor Degree. But as you are saying that you are financially poor, you can work for 1 or 2 years. After getting some good experience, if you are good financially at that time you can then pursue Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. Apart from private companies, many government organizations like BHEL, SAIL, NTPC, HPCL, BPCL, recruit Diploma Mechanical students. Other companies are Steel Plants, Armed Forces, Aerospace companies, Shipping organizations, Thermal and Gas turbine manufacturers, Automobile Industries.
