I have completed diploma engineering in information technology and i have all ready running process for Austin(usa) visa.so,now what can i do now??study will be continue for degree in India ?? Diploma course will be valid for higher study in usa..

Yes you can apply for advance diploma in same trade in which you have completed diploma course. Mostly private institution's will offer you advance diploma course. So you have to find an appropriate institution for that . Different institution's have their different selection criteria. You have to crack them. Also some of them offer scholarship to topper's of entrance exam. So prepare your self for entrance test.
