Sir..Im just now 12th passed..i got 51% in 12th october..i dint qualified for engeering..!The total marks of PCM required for my caste is 120 and i got 113 !!I want to become an engineer via diploma..Will i get admission in 2nd year of diploma ??

You cannot get admission in the second year of diploma course directly. There are certain rules and regulations for every course. In order to get admission in the polytechnic colleges of your state for diploma course you need to qualify in the entrance exam conducted by the council of technical education in your state for admission in diploma courses. For the private universities you need to qualify in the respective university's entrance examination.
After diploma course, you can get admission directly in the second year of engineering course (BE/B.Tech) through lateral entry.
