I have a Backlog in my B.Tech course. I have my Backlog in 4th semester. Can you please tell me I can apply for scholarship or not?

Yes, you can definitely apply for scholarship even though you have a backlog in your fourth semester. There is no problem in applying for scholarships unless the scholarship in which you are applying do not have an academic criteria of no active backlogs in the course pursuing. Usually most of the scholarships do not have any such criteria, so you can apply for scholarships easily.

Yes you can apply for the Scholarship if there is no academic criteria associated with the Scholarship that you want to appear for.

Those who want to go for further studies can apply for scholarship irrespective of their backlogs.

But do try to clear you backlogs as soon as possible, because scholarship is mainly given to meritorious students.

If any scholarship has 'no backlogs required' eligibility criteria then you cannot apply for such scholarship.
