sir i am a student of b.tech (uptu) first year ece branch. i was alloted under fee waiver seat. can i change my branch to mechanical under fee waiver?

The Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme (TFWS) was introduced in 2007 by the Ministry of Human Resource Development (HRD) for providing highly subsidised technical education to economically backward students, women as well as physically challenged students. dear sir,
it is possible to change trade for first year b-tech condidate ..as you are in first year , so you to meet with your principles for this matter . you have to fill up some form to change the trade which are available at your college office .

The answer of your problem is yes. You easily change the branche from ece to machenical engineering but before change your stream you concelt with the collage principal. After that complete the all requirements which they are needed to change the stream. It may be noted that the btance is only changed under the first year you can't change if u have go to the 2 3 and 4 year

Yes, you can change your branch from ECE to Mechanical under fee waiver scheme of UPTU.

You can only change your branch if there is seats available in the desired branch.
Just go to your registrar office or admission department and ask them if there is any eats left in Mechanical branch. They will give you the complete information.
Just complete the required procedure and submit the desired documents to the admission cell.

You can only change your branch in 1st year of B.Tech after that you can't change your branch.
