Can I get scholarship if secured 91.53% in 10th and 85% in 12th being a B.Tech(CSE) SC student?

Sir
I am studying in MIT, Pune doing B.Tech in CSE and I am SC student.
I got 91.53 % in 10th and 85 % in 12th. My family is very poor.
Can I get scholarship for paying fee of B.Tech on this marks basis?
Please sir, I wish you can help me.

Without any doubt any bank will provide the loan for you as you are completely eligible and my preference is to go for nationalised bank like Andhra, Vijaya,.... as they will incur less charges when compared to others.
