Can I get stipend as a regular candidate if want to do Ph.D in Aquaculture in distance mode?


Hello sir, I have completed Master in Fisheries Science with specialization in Aquaculture. Now I want to do the Ph.D in Aquaculture (Fisheries) through correspondence. Can I get stipend as a regular candidate?
