My name is Lalit Chauhan. and i want to know that Uttar Pradesh CM announced 500rs. crore loan waiver for farmer in 2012 budget. But distt. co-operative bank are not giving such type benfit to farmer who has already taken the loan. In this situation i want to know that when state goverment has passed budget for that than why farmer not getting benefits or proper answer for this. Than i want to know can we complain under RTI if possible. Please tell me the procedure for this as soon as posible. My email id is [email protected].

RTI can only give you information about the conditions for loan waiver and other information about how much loan has been waived. If you are eligible for loan waiver and authorities are doing then it should be brought to notice of everyone including government.

Farmers are usually provided loan waiver in case of drought or any other calamity which affects their crop.
