age 29 running, I am Commerece Graduate in 2005 with 44%. I am belong to general caste.
can i am attemt that RAS /RTI Exam .

Yes, you can apply for RAS exam .

RAS stands for Rajasthan Administrative Service. RPSC (Rajasthan Public Service commission) conducts RAS exam generally after every two year.

Eligibility Criteria to apply for RAS exam are as under :-

-The candidate should have passed Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

-The age limit to apply for the exam is from 21 years to 40 years .There will be relaxation in age limit for reserved category candidates as per government rules .

Exam procedure :

*Preliminary Exam (Objective Type)

*Main exam (Conventional Type)

*Personality Interview.
