There is no difference between MHRD scholarship and stipend.
Stipend is a type of scholarship that is provided by MHRD that is Ministry of Human Resource Development to the students who opt for higher education after graduation. There are numerous scholarships under MHRD. You can find more on http://mhrd.gov.in/scholarships |

can I avail both the scholarships awarded by 'The directorate of higher and technical education' as well as that of 'the ministry of tribal affairs'..
