How can I apply for CSS Scholarship if B.Tech counselling is not started?

How can I apply for CSS Scholarship since B.Tech counselling has not yet started? Please reply as soon as possible. Thank you in advance. |

You cannot apply for the central sector scheme (CSS) scholarship if the B.Tech counseling has not yet started. To apply for the CSS scholarship the candidate has to complete his class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 80% marks and the candidate must be in the 1st year of the graduation course.
