I am single girl child of my parents.i am presently pursuing bsc maths hons.,i have got sgc scholarship in 11 and i have applied in 12.i want to know what is procedure to apply for cbse sgc scholarship for undergraduate? I really want to apply to continue my studies as it will be really difficult if I don't get the scholarship.

Eligibility for CBSE Merit Scholarship Scheme for Single Girl Child for graduation :

Girls who is the only child of their parent.
Candidate must have score more than 60% in 12th examination.
Candidate should be pursuing UG course in any recognised university.

The candidate will get scholarship of Rs.500/- per month for 3 years.

Procedure to apply :

• Candidate have to apply online on the official website of CBSE Scholarship.
• Fill the application form online.
• Take a printout of application form and joining report.
• Get the joining report verified from Institution's registrar.

Post the online generated Application form along with these documents :

1. Duly signed Online generated Application form.
2. Joining report Attested by Head of Institution.
3. Income Certificate
4. Copy of Mark Sheet of Class 12 Exam.
5. Copy of Caste Certificate, if applicable.
6. Income Tax Returns/ Form-16 of Parents/Guardians ( if applicable )
