Re: Selection chances in JNU after clearing CMPT in Accounts?
The CMPT (Combined Entrance Examination for M.A. Programmes in JNU) is conducted by the Jawaharlal Nehru University for admission to its various postgraduate programmes including MA in Economics, Political Science, History, etc. The examination consists of objective type questions from various subjects including Mathematics, English, General Knowledge, and Analytical Skills.
Clearing the CMPT in accounts does not guarantee admission to any specific programme at JNU. The selection process in JNU is based on a combination of factors including the candidate's performance in the entrance exam, their academic record, and their performance in the interview (if applicable). Therefore, while clearing the CMPT in accounts may increase your chances of getting selected for programmes that require a strong background in accounts, it does not guarantee admission. It is important to perform well in all aspects of the selection process to increase your chances of getting selected for your desired programme at JNU. |
