Both the courses are good enough with lot of job and research potential. Please choose an institute like IIT or University with ongoing research. The course of Envtl.Engg in Anna University in Chennai is good.Marine related industries have opportunities to absorb you when you are qualified in Environmental Engineering.

Re: Information regarding Scholarships for M.Sc candidates in Life Science courses?
I think this has some objectives and in the long run will high benefit he students. They include; To provide quality education in Life Sciences at post-graduate level and to enable the learners to take certification of Master’s degree in Life Sciences,
To provide an in-depth knowledge and hands-on training to science graduate in the area of Life Sciences and enable them to specialise in one of the branches of Life Sciences that would be offered as elective courses, To provide the learners opportunities of continuing education and professional development, To widen the scope of the learners for careers in different sectors of employment, To enable the students to avail career opportunities in teaching, industry and research e.g. M. Phil/ Ph. D. programmes. Thankyou. |

Re: Information regarding Scholarships for M.Sc candidates in Life Science courses?
dear masoumita, you can get a scholarship by taking admission into any good institution offering M.sc in Biotechnology. For example you can get scholarship or stipend of 3000 per month if you enroll yourself into M.sc in Biotechnology offered in JNU .To be elligible for scholarship, u need to get through JNU entrance exam counducted every year during month of MAY.you can get the notification of JNU entrance examination around month of FEBUARY.Since you are asking for scholarship available for M.sc level course,You can only get it by taking admission into an institution offering scholarship,Unlike Phd courses where you make available yourself of scholarship by clearing JRF of national eligibility test.
