I want to know about the minimum percentage required for availing the Inspire Scholarship in India?

There is no percentage criteria for availing Inspire Scholarship.
Candidate must be in top 1% in 12th standard at their respective board examination. Also students who have secured less than 10,000 ranks in JEE-Advanced Examination, JEE-Main Examination, NEET Examination.
So, there is no minimum percentage for availing Inspire scholarship.

There is no percentage bar as such for eligibility of Inspire scholarship. You need to be among the top 1% in 12th standard at their respective Board Examinations or you need to secure a rank below 10000 in NEET and JEE-Advanced to get this scholarship apart from other eligibility conditions.
