Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
this is not good because it will downgrade our educational system and the students will not concentrate on their studies, and this will also lead to indiscipline in students

Hi
yes, 10th class is more important and its various need.then you can passed in board exam and good percentages then you get a good subject for 10+2 class of cbse board. I.e. Cbse board is standard board and good for you best of luck 10th cbse need |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
Yes and no, as this is good for those who are in class 9 and preparing for the exam of class 12 and no this is bad for those who has already given the 10th and not in need of further education as they are working in some organisation.

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
i think ...it all depends on the student ....that if he is interested in writing the board exam at that time or not.....but it is always better if someone appears for it at 10th level only as he will be familiar with the pattern at 12th level....and he will not be tensed as he has seen what a board exam is.......

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
its not a matter of concern because it has not made a compulsory but it is only an optional scheme.
if anybody wants to write the 10th exam then you can write it otherwise you can skip it also. |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
It is only applicable for CBSE,rest of all sate boards are not in favour of it,because it is non-worthy.
I think its not good,it will not bring the students closer to education but take them more far. By terminating 10th board exams there are many trobles and losts like- All 10th level private tutors will be jobless. All 10th level coaching centres will be shut down, more job crisis. Students will suffer more at higher secondary level, both for there board as well as competitive exams, they feel like a burden in there heads. I dont think terminating it is the solution How would it will change the things?,the problems will become more complicated then. |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
Hello Friend
I think that 1o th board should not be abolished as once you have given board in 10th you gain that confidence that help you at the time of giving 12th board, and 12th board marks are first step in ladder of our carrier. |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
already the students have become care free and they have started neglecting studies, and after few years these students when they start suffering in 12th class they will ask then to remove board exams of 12th class also

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
i think its not a good idea because a board exam in 10th class will help the student to know how the paper use come and the pattern this will help them during there 12th board as they know about it and they will mentally prepare them self for it.

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
hi,
its good that govt. have made 10th boards as an optional for cbse students. its good because now the govt. have realised that studies should be knowledge oriented and not marks oriented. merely scoring marks doesnt give guarantee that the student is brillient. now the option is with the student ,the students who want think that they are capable and interested can take the test show there caliber. and shutting down of tutions and coaching center is a good thing ,because they were making students more stressed. |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
according to me its not a good thing done by the ministry of education as bord exam helps the children to prepare themselves for the 12th board, but now student will be having more fear of it as dont know anything about it.

hi
it is good, so that student can concentrate on there 12th exams which are far more important then 10th as we require the basics of intigration & differentiation, physics ,chemistry in AIEEE in NDA also we require this things, there are more such exams which requires the basics of 12th so Kapil Sibal had done realy great work Hat's of To HIM |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
if you do 10 th from cbse, it is better for you because cbse pattern is always good for any student and mostly school are based on cbse pattern. so its good for you to do 10th from cbse.

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
CBSE have given facility for the examination as private exams as well. You have to prepare the same NCERT books as a normal CBSE student. The course pattern and material is same.
You can directly take admission in 12th class after passing 10th class CBSE exams. In case of female student, she need not to give exam for 11th class. So you can prepare for the CBSE board examination of 12th class better after passing 10th class. As you would have more time to prepare, you can perform well. But you need to show one year gap between 10th and 12th class in case you don’t want to do 11th class. |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
hi
i think it should not be deleted because if obstacles will be removed from students life they will not take studies as a important matter .but it is also true that many students can't climb that obstacle . but let me tell those students that it will be a fact to know that rabindranath tagore failed in an attempt at law school, issac newton failed running a farm and did poorly in school, albert einstein failed his first college entrance exam is it great to know that so always try to climb obstacle if you fall one or two time it doesn't matter . get ready to face another obstacle |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
i think it is very bad idea.
and it will not reduces the pressure on student, but it will create a lot of pressure on the student appearing for the 12th.because it will be the 1st exam for the student,so definitely they will face problem. |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
in my view its not a god thing that the education ministry has done as 10th board exam remove the fear of board exam and mentally prepare them for 12th board but now children use to get more stress.
government should not do this |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
This is bad in my opinion... Only when it is a board exam, students will have more sincerity and dedication towards studies and be confident with the concepts that form the foundation for their higher studies

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
dear friend
its both good and bad if you ask me good in the sense that you will have a lot of time to read the things thoroughly and strengthen your base for the various subjects which will come handy when you will appear for the various entrance exams in the future. This will obviously happen in case of students who have the eagerness to learn and are active its bad in case of students who tend to be lethargic and study only during exams. the will tend to relax and leave everything for tomorrow. hope i could give enough reasons for the topic. |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
though 10th being the first major foundation in students life
is very important ,it helps redefining a student where does he stand and mostly his intelligence but if it is not conducted then students would directly reaccess themselves directly in any competitive exams but there are also some positive points like decreases the burden of students |

dear friend,
really this question is matter of debate that one who wants to implement it have many more points in favor of it, but according to me it is not a very good idea, i think the status of education will be down fall, there will be no any improvements in this field, o k good luck |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
its bad because it will give more stress to students when they give their class 12 board exams because they didnot have any experience of it & 10+2 marks are the basics for their future
if they had gone through 10 boards then they will have a short experience about board exams which will relief them to some extent |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
this is both good and bad
good in the sense that it gives you more time to prepare and enhance your knowledge the bad part is that many students would tend to become lethargic and waste time so look at the better part good luck |

hi
different students have different views . according to me 10 board should be there because as it helps us to prepare for 12th board. by removing obstacles from a child will create many more obstacles in hie/her life. so that was my views. well have a nice day |

Re: 10th for CBSE needed or not?
my Friend
you must complete your 10th and 12th from any good board. CBSE is one of the best board of our country,so you must do 10th from this institute as well. There are other boards also such as ICSE ,it is also one of the good board of our country. All the best. |
