will 150 marks in AIEEE 2011 is enough to get a seat into NIT'S.....................? please answer its important.....

I think your rank is probably good so you can take admission in NIT's if you won't get then you try for some good privates colleges.....

I am sorry to say that it is very difficult to get admission in NITs with 15000 ranking.

It you fall under some reserved category then it may be possible.

AIEEE is the entrance exam for the admission in engineering. Day by day number of students are increasing in this exam to appear. So it is very difficult to predict the cut off list of NITs, but 15000 ranking is not enough to take the admission in the colleges desired by you. You have not mentioned whether you are in the reserved quota or not.


You may get undermentioned NIT colleges if you fall under reserved category.

What is d marks required in aieee-2011 to get into svnit with mechanical.

Its sure that you will get any one of 20 NITs, but it also depends on how many of these 15000 studebts go for IITs , approx 9000 will go. Then remaining 6000, you can hope for civil or mechanical in MNIT , NIT wrangal or kurushetra . There are many rounds of counseling , attend each so that you may get your desired branch.

15,000 AIR in AIEEE is good enough for getting into NIT's,IIIT's, Institutes of National Importance and any other good government as well as private institute.

15,000 AIR in AIEEE is very good score, it is equivalent of Ranking 10,000 in IITJEE.

Here for explaining the I would like to tell you the Importance of ranking within 15,000 AIR in AIEEE.The candidate who has scored 15,000 or within 15,000 in AIEEE,and within 10,000 in IITJEE and even after this he/she will not take admission to B.tech/B.E. courses and opted for B.sc,then he/she are eligible for some of eminent scholarships like- A special scholarship awarded by PM Manmohan singh of worth 80,000 per annum, for persuing upto M.S. or M.sc.
