My son has gor rank 27 under NRI for Medical PG. First counselling he could not get general medicine. IS there a chance to get it in the second counselling due on 27th april?

Sir,i m getting 200/240 in 2013 manipal mbbs ug.....will my mbbs fee will be 31 lakhs for 5yr..? I will not be able to afford that....i belong to a lower middle class family.....wht i do...?
