How can i get direct admission in IEM ,kolkata ? My wbjee rank is near about 35000 in 2014 and my caste rank is 2189.

I EXPECT 10000 RANK IN WBJEE AND MY SCORE IN JEE MAIN IS 92 OUT OF 360.CAN I GET ADMISSION IN IEM MIRIT WISE OR I'LL HAVE TO ENTER THROUGH MANAGEMENT QUOTA.WHAT WILL BE THE FEE FOR MANAGEMENT QUOTA

I can expect 90% marks in PCM(ISC) but my JEE preparations are not so well.

Yeah you can get into some good institutes as every institute have reservation for SC candidates.

You can expect Seacom, Technoindia, JIS Group, Apeejey Group, Pailan Group, St.Thomas, and many more.........But through your SC Ranks either of WBJEE or AIEEE. I think councelling will be held on 3 july for both WBJEE and AIEEE.
