Re: Which is better-BBA or Bcom?
Dear
If you want to do MBA in the future, then for you BBA will be right choice. It is my advice that go for BBA. After doing MBA you will get good jobs in reputed companies as a manager. After doing MBA you will get more salary, higher post, much more preference over BBA candidates and others. As it is, nowadays all the companies require a large number of bright managers for rapid growth of the company. Thankyou Aishwarya Mehrotra |

Re: Which is better-BBA or Bcom?
BBA is 3 yrs under graduate level degree course for business management. BBA is the better course as it is design in a way that it prepare it's student to get the right exposure of corporate world. BBA is a career/job oriented course. It help student to get the job in good organization as management trainee. But if you want to grow in your career to a higher position than doing MBA after completing the BBA is very good career move. B.com is not design in a way that student get any good job after completing it unless the candidate is very intelligent. Most of Reputed Institution/universities offering BBA course take Entrance Examination for admitting candidates into their courses. Minimum Eligibility for applying in the Entrance Examination 50% to 60% marks in 10+2 or equivalent qualification. Entrance Exams consist Question on English, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and on Reasoning. Selection Process include 1.Entrance exam 2.12th class marks 3.Group Discussion and 4.Interview. IMPORTANT INSTITUTES OF BBA 1,DELHI UNIVERSITY 2,GURU GOBIND SINGH INDRAPRASTHA UNIVERSITY DELHI 3,NMINS,MUMBAI 4,SYBIOSIS CENTRE FOR MANAGEMENT STUDIES , PUNE 5,AMITY UNIVERSITY 6,SP JAIN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT, MUMBAI |

Friend both the course are best.. If you main aim is to do M.B.A then chose that course in which you can score good marks in graduation. And while pursuing Graduation you can also start preparation for M.B.A entrance exam... So admission in top B-School you have to qualify the entrance exam like:- > C.A.T > M.AT > X.A.T > G.M.AT etc ALL THE BEST! |

Re: Which is better-BBA or Bcom?
Hello,
Well B=both are good course but in my opinion BBA is better because if you want to go for MBA in future,BBA will prepare your base for MBA. BCOM is also good you can also do MBA after BCOM but i think BBA gives you more knowledge and you can do more easily MBA. When you will go for job in future then BBA +MBA will help you more then MBA+B.COM. And rest of all depends on you in which you have interest. Best Of Luck |

Re: Which is better-BBA or Bcom?
Hi dear,
In my opinion BBA is better then B.COM. BBA gives you basic knowledge of management means it prepare basic for MBA. And BBA+MBA will help you for get job in future. B.com is also good but it will not prepare your base for MBA much better. For admission in MBA you have to fight following exam: cat mat jc cat and BBA will help you to fight these exams. But one thing remember You get more success in which you have interest. so choose according to your interest. Good Luck |

Re: Which is better-BBA or Bcom?
Both the streams have good scope in future but if you are willing to know then BBA is a good option.BBA is a good option because today many IT fields are there due to which job opportunities have been increased, many business companies are also there who provide a good career and good job opportunities.Day by day new companies are opening and hence job opportunities are also increasing.
BBA is of 3 years duration course and after BBA you can pursue MBA as a masters degree. MBA has good scope in future in comaparison to one who did Mcom and Doing MBA would be more easy after BBA than Bcom... as in BBA they gives you some initial basic knowledge for MBA. Eligibility criteria for BBA You must have passed the HSC (10+2) from a reputed education board. The admission is mostly carried out on merit basis. The marks needed in the +2 are at least 55%. Some institutes are keeping minimum age limit as 17 and a maximum of 25 years. Some institutes select only Indian citizens. There are no entrance tests for getting admission into this program, except few top colleges. BBA entrance exam in India are : AIMA UGAT GGSIPU CET GAT UGM Symbiosis Entrance Test |

Re: Which is better-BBA or Bcom?
hi..
Both are Good courses after completing 12th exams. After completing BBA OR B.com, you can do MBA or any other accounts courses. Since BBA is considered as ABC of MBA so i would suggest you to go for BBA. It will even help you for your MBA. because BBA is the first step of MBA. BBA study will make you more easy to understand the syllabus of MBA. if you want to do higher study with MBA then you should go for BBA now. But BBA is a Professional courses and B.com is a General Bacholar course. So, B.com is the best for me, because it was less expensive than BBA. but if you go for B.Com then you will get one more option after your graduation to further study with commerce. unfortunately at that time if you become not interested to go with MBA then it will be option for you. |

Re: Which is better-BBA or Bcom?
hi,
Bachelor's in business administration (BBA) is ofcourse one of the better option, if you are planning to pursue MBA in future. BBA provides strong base needed to pursue MBA and BCom does not do so to a large extent. A bachelor's programme is basically a preparatory course for masters degree programme and hence it should be done with proper planning. So, since you are planning to pursue MBA in future Thank you |

Re: Which is better-BBA or Bcom?
Since you are ultimately going for MBA, it will be better if you do BBA initially. BBA is the graduation level of MBA itself. So it will be easier for you to understand MBA if you have a prior BBA degree. You will have business knowledge. You will know about corporate and organizational behavior. Also you will have finance related knowledge if you do BBA. So you can take BBA after your 12th. Make sure that you definitely get at least 55% or more in your BBA. Then you will have fair chances of getting admitted in MBA course, if you have a clearance from any MBA common entrance examination like CAT or XAT or MAT etc. Good Luck.
