am shatarupa from west bengal.i completed 12 with 52% marks obtaining. n i'm 22 years old.i have very much interest in era of fashion.n i wanted to be a fashion designer.

2.is this possible to complete bachelor's degree in fashion designing under 5lacs from any reputed college???
