As per Bar Council of India's Legal Education Act 2008, eligibility for 5 yrs integrated courses below:
Provided that applicants who have obtained 2 Higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence method shall also be considered as eligible for admission in the Integrated Five Years course or three years%u2019 LL.B. course, as the case may be.

Explanation: The applicants who have obtained 10 2 or graduation / post graduation through open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are not eligible for admission in the law courses

So, My question is NIOS board is open board or Distance course, If it came under Open Board, BCI not recognized and If it came under Distance or Correspondence Board, BCI recognized it.
Pl.Clear confusion.
