sir , i get 136 marks in cat 2011-2012 exam(42%) . please advice me which college is better for me.

You need to have 85+ percentile to get admission in wellingkar.Also you should have a good profile.
Also it not solely depends on your percentile but also on your performance in GD.

MBA (Master of Business Administration)

There are various procudures of Admission into MBA, but the most common one that is followed by Elite MBA schools - IIMs and other hundreds of Institutes and B-Schools is CAT

CAT: Common Apdmission Test. conducted by IIMs for providing admission into all its MBA programs.
Eligibility: Candidate must be a graduate in any stream with at least 50% aggregate for general candidates, wehereas for SC/ST its 45%.
Selection: selection are based on all india written test, after which successful candidates are short listed for GD (Group Discussion) and PI (Personal Interview). Written test is not much typical task to pass but GD and PI typical ones where almost 80% of the candidates short lested after written test are got rejected there and handful number of students being selected for IIMs.
