I have only 58% in aggregate in 12th in 2011 and therefore i have been appearing in cbse improvement exam 2012. Am i elligible to appear in iit jee 2012 ?

i completed 10 2 in 2012. i didnot appear in iit jee 2012 and 2013. am i eiligible to appear in jee in2014. please reply.
