If we do direct IPCC just after graduation does we have to work under any CA for 3 yrs as articleship

I have registered for IPCC putting ug qualification 'awaited'..now I got results..original marks card mot yet come.Can I upload net copy?or I should upload the original only?what is the duration to upload it?
