Sir,
can i know full details about the admission procedure for M.Tech(Mechanical) in RVCE, Bangalore pls? Whether they accept GATE score? How to get the fee structure? How the entrance exams will be conducted in RVCE? please help me by providing the information.

Dear friend
The admission in PG programs in RVCE can be obtained under three categories:

* Candidates with valid GATE score can apply directly to VTU.
* Candidates have to write PG-CET conducted by VTU usually in the month of June / July (for details refer website www.vtu.ac.in ).
* Direct admission by School of Architecture, RVCE – Portfolio review (maximum 10 pages) and interview (if there are vacant seats available after VTU counseling).

For M Tech Program,
students should be graduate with minimum 50% of marks in corresponding engineering discipline and should appear in either of following entrance tests:
PGCET conducted by Government of Karnataka or Gate test.

My self sateesh mudalagi from HIT nidasoshi Dist:Belgaum. I am final year mechanical student.I qualified GATE-2011 in that i have scored 287 and got 28 out off 100 OBC (non-creamy)andmy all india rank is 15171out off 81175.Tell me sir it is possuible to get the design field (production\machine) in rvce college.please inform about this sir.
