are the application forms for AFMC entrance exam-now available ?

No, till now they didnot declare full information about AFMC.
Just dates of AFMC is declared and that is AFMC MBBS Entrance Examination will be held on 06 May 2012.

Details of the application and the examination is not still distributed.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR AFMC EXAM
Those candidate have completed 12th standard are eligible for AFMC exam but your 12th standard subject must be Physics , Chemistry , Bio logy and English.

Also you must score 50% in all above mention subjects.

For SC/ST candidate this percentage is reduced to 40%.

AGE CRITERIA

Your minimum age should be 17 years.Maximum age is 26 years.

SYLLABUS FOR AFMC EXAM

Preliminary Examination:

The Preliminary Examination would consist of one paper containing 200 objective type questions (four options with single correct answer) from Physics,
Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable sheet using Ball Point Pen only. The duration of paper would be 3 hours.
Final Examination:

(Only for those who qualify in the Preliminary Examination).
The Final Examination would consist of one paper containing 120 objective type questions(four options with single correct answer) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany & Zoology) to be answered on the specially designed machine gradable sheet using Ball Point Pen only.
The duration of paper would be 3 hours.

No ,the AFMC forms are not available now but you can get them soon as the exam date is on 6th May 2012.So you may get it either in the 4th week of Feb or in the 2nd week of March.

AFMC-ARMED FORCE MEDICAL COLLEGE entrance exam is conducted for admission to MBBS course in the AFMC, Pune.
