The online application form for the Armed Force Medical College- MBBS Entrance Exam is already available and the last date to submit the online application form is 05-03-2012.
The examination will be held on 06-05-2012.

If you want to apply through the offline mode, you will have to fill up the online application form and print out the same. The only difference between the online and the offline application process is that in case of online application form, you will have to upload your photograph and signature, whereas in the offline mode, you will not need to upload the photograph and signature, instead you will be pasting your photograph on the print out version of the filed up application form and send it to the Armed Force Medical College.
