After doing BSc from CCS university how can I get a good job in government sector without passing exam?

i am vikrant bhardyaj i am study in B.sc.3rd year from ccsunivercity my question i want a good job in gorment secter with pass out exam. pl. Sir tell me, who to get job after bsc

this is raheela ,i have completed bsc(Mb.G.C) and also PGdiploma in health care can i apply for group 2 services job for the post of assistant director in DNA or if not for which post i can apply plz suggest andreply on my mail id ie, zebakamal@gmail.com
