After doing BSc from CCS university how can I get a good job in government sector without passing exam?

this is raheela ,i have completed bsc(Mb.G.C) and also PGdiploma in health care can i apply for group 2 services job for the post of assistant director in DNA or if not for which post i can apply plz suggest andreply on my mail id ie, [email protected]

I want to do b.sc what i choose ccs or du because i did want knowledge of govt. Sector jobs or coaching with b.sc and not want to waste my time on roads I got 87% in 12th
