How to get a job in government sector after passing 12th exam with 55%?


Sir i have passed my 10+2 exam in 1995 with 55% from cbse board now i am 35 years old and doing job in govt sector (state govt.) i wish to do ba llb(5) years course from punjab university, chandigarh in evening study. Kindly suggest how can i do this and what is the process. Thanking you.
