You can get jobs in both public sector and private sector after MCA. You can try for AAI, IOC, NTPC etc. in public sector. The starting salary in these industries is between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 45,000 per month. In private sector almost all software firms recruit MCA graduates. The remuneration is more than 3.5 lakhs per annum.

Dear,
After MCA you are treated as fresher upto one year. You have now professional qualification. so you can get salary between Rs. 10,000 to 18,000 per month. Initially you have appointed as project trainee in any organization. After that you will get hike in every six months. After two years you can get good package in your company. This time you can apply other companies with 2+exp category. Good Luck
