I hv done bms and want to do mca,as I am interested in IT field.
So after doing mca will I get good salary.Also do I hv to give personal interview to get into a good college of mca?whats the procedure for admission?

After having completed BMS(Bachelor of Management Studies) you can apply for doing MCA(Master of Computer Application) which is known as a post graduation course. This course is of 3 years duration and it consist of 6 semesters in it.

To do this course you need to write the entrance exams, which are conducted all over India such as AIMCET, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham MCA Entrance Exam,
BIT Mesra exam, TANCET , Delhi University MCA Entrance exam, etc and for applying for the exams you need to satisfy the eligibility criteria framed. After completing MCA there is a great scope of getting into IT field.

You can join in as a Software Engineer, Developer, Tester in the field and the yearly salary package varies based on job profile. The basic pay would be from 18,000 and it will exceed based on the designation and the company where you are joining.

I have given MAH-CET i got 40 percentile so is there is a difference between MCA-CET AND MAH-CET.. Orelse i can apply for the admission of mca on the basis of MAH-CET

If we don't know about computer applications will mca will be easy
