Am Studying B.A.LLB , May know the reservation for Scheduled caste for Magistrate Exams in Andhra Pradesh State

I am judicial employee, but completed LLB examination, my age is 35 years, I am SC, and I have also completed short hand diploma, can I eligible for Magistrate examination, actually I want to know age limit

sir i completed b.com in distance i would like to join in llb i have no intermediate degree may i eligible for doing llb and practice after completion my cource due to latest notification in llb 2013 2 is compulsory
