Hi ,
Please help me in filling online app form of AIEEE 2010 .
(if anyone has been through the process already)
There are few confusions and it seems form -process is not as user friendly.


1.Appl process- is not asking any documents/certificates(DOB cerficate,class X) to attached along with complete app form-printout to be sent through post.Am i right here or i mis-read it?

2.10 class percentage field- Should i write my percentage calucated out of 6 subjects.
or 5 subjects .We have 5 main +1 optional subjects.
We have only 1 certificate from school ,showing all the 6-subjects+detail marks.
Nothing saying percentage.


3.There is one last field ,asking for 'Details of examination passed or likely to be passed'Now what exam they are asking ,
Is it qualifiying exam- that means- 12th or some others...they have mentioned.
or
it can be any other exam ,we are writing-like IIT/CET/etc


Please reply me back asap...so that i can go ahead with my appln procedure.

1) you are not required to post any certificate along with printout application.

2) calculate the percentage you got in 5 subject and write the same,optional subject is not required to be calculated.

3) yes they are asking for the qualifying exam that is 12,weather you are passed or appearing this year.

1.After filling the form you can send it with your attested copy of your document and DD,
2.In 10th class field you have to write there only % of 5 subjects,
3. there you can give the HSSCE for class 12th.

yes.you don't have to submit any documents along with the form.
you have to write the percent which is actually written on your 10th marksheet.
you will write as appering for 12th in asking column for it.

firstly you fill mother name,father name and you also on the basis of 10th clas marksheet and then fill percentage 10th and 12th class and then signature for father at last paste the photo for you and attested for a gadgets officer signature then after go to speed post for new delhi in cbse office and also fill examination centre

u can mention ur 5 subject % also.that doesnt matter because u will give all documents.n u asked about last column.so, u have to mention about the appearing for 12th class.

3-you will write as appering for 12th in the column

Here are the answers:
1) You need not have to submit any documents along with the printed application form.
2) write the percentage of your 10th exam.
3) It is your qualifying examination if you are in 12th or passed 12th can give it 12th std as qualifying examination.

ya...you can get online forms.without any document....just you have to give them
your marks of 10th and 12 exams :-)

you are required :-

a. to attach Demand Draft of required fee (In favor of “Secretary Central Board of Secondary Education,Delhi”, payable at Delhi).
b. to mention his/her Registration No., Name, and Address on the back of the Demand Draft .
c. to retain a photocopy of confirmation page for future reference.
d. to retain a photocopy of the Demand Draft sent.
e. to retain a photocopy of the transaction receipt if fee paid by Credit Card.
f. to retain the original receipt issued by the post office for having dispatch the Application Form.
g. the processing of applications will begin only after receiving confirmation page and fee (by Credit Card or by Demand Draft).

these are the answers to your questions:

1)you need not send the DOB certificate with the form,but keep the certificates ready as it will be required at counseling.

2)leave the optional subject ,calculate the percentage marks out of your main 5 subjects only and fill it with that percentage

3)the qualifying exam is your 12th exam ,dont write jee or webjee etc

hey just dont worry about the form filling procedure you just log on to www.aieee.nic.in and you will be guided online for form submission and please keep your or your parents debit or credit card with you for making online payment.

1)the aieee is not asking for any documents to be attached.so dont worry for that,just send the dd.

2)for writing the percentage of 10th ,find out the aggregate of your 5 main subjects and write it.

3)and here you have to write 12th as appearing exam and not other exams like iit,viteee etc.

you need only one certificate for verifying ur DOB ...in onl9 application forms.

the thing that you have to do is that calculate the marks in the best 5 subjects of class 10 an write in percentage
other thing is that you have to tell that are you a appering or pass out student in your application form for your +2.for any detail please check www.aieee.nic.in
