I am in Last semester of B.Sc.IT.
I want to join Indian Air Force in technical branch.
which path should I choose to join it?

for the procedure to join iaf

Since you are a bsc (IT) student there is no opportunity for you to join IAF in there technical branch. Only candidates who have engineering or B.SC (physics, radio or electronics) or engineering degree (B.tech or B.E./M.tech or M.E.) are eligible for technical branch.

However, you can join INA (Indian National Army) or IAF (Indian Airforce) Non-technical branch (Provided that you have opted for Mathematics as one of the main subject in class-12) through CDS (combined defense service),you have to crack it with good rank. CDS is conducted twice in a year basically in the month of September and april ,notification for which are released in Employment news.
Application for CDS (I) are over you can appear fro CDS(II) notification for which has been scheduled to announce on 17.04.10 in Employment news. And entrance has been scheduled to held on 19.09.10.

i am very sorry to inform you that there is no any chance for the bsc(IT )students in technical IAF,
so you can not apply.
you can apply for the other.

i am too interested to join Indian Air Force but ,as a student of Bsc IT I am confused as if i would be able to join to join IAF or not.

how can i joine indian army as an officer rank and i have done Bsc IT and i have not a math in class 12th

You are no eligible to apply in Air Force after B.SC.(IT). But I suggest you to do M.Sc.(Computer Science) then you after B.Sc.(IT) then you are elegible for a technical engineer. for more information visit below website.

I want to join Indian Army.....i have done my BScIT..........i had maths physics and chemistry till my HSC............can i join the indian army(technical or non technical fields).........if yes how......if no......what do i have to do if i want to..............

I think you can do your indian airforce by writing an entrance exam.The condition is that you should have a min of 60% in BSc IT.
