I have completed my BSc chemistry but i have only 54% marks am i eligible to join the Indian Army as an officer or in a technical branch?

yes A graduates can join indian army and minimum percentage is 60% or just pass-out you are in good position....

Eye Sight - 6/24, 6/24 correctable to 6/6 in each eye with glasses and should not be colour/night blind.So if you can get around this then definitely you are eligible...

Yes, my friend you can join in Indian Army as an officer or in technical branch after completion of B.Sc in chemistry..

For that you have to appear in exams like- Combined defense service , University entry scheme.

Eligibility for Combined defense service:-

For Indian Military Academy:-

1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in any trade.

2.Candidate must be a citizen of India.

3.Age should be in between 19-24 years.

4.Candidate should be unmarried male.

You can also apply for UES exam.

Eligibility for UES exam:-

1.Candidate must have complete the graduation in engineering field with 60% aggregate.
2.Candidate must be a citizen of India.
3.Age should be in between 18-28 years.

These are the eligibility criteria you have to fulfill.

sir i have 78% in 10th and 55.8% in 12th class with subjects pcm.currently i m doing b.tech from ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION.please tell me sir can i have any chances of getting a job as an officer in indian army.sir please reply me on my email id ([email protected]).

HI!
After passing B.Sc you can join Indian Army.
For this you have to qualify the C.D.S exam.

C.D.S is Combine Defence Services.

C.D.S exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

Age of the candidate should be in between 19-24 year.

This exam is conducted in three stage:-
> Written exam
> Interview
> Medical exam
