In order to be eligible for the 3 years LLB program from any of the University or Law Colleges whose LLB programs are approved by the Bar Council of India [BCI], candidate must have completed the Bachelors or/and Masters Degree from a recognized University with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in any discipline. As per the norms set by the Bar Council of India, the maximum age limit to apply for the 3 years LLB program for the general candidates is 30 years whereas it has given the right to the University to give concession of 5 more year for the applicant belonging to SC or ST or any other Backward Category. Admission is either through entrance examination or merit of marks obtained in the qualifying examination, whatever be the admission criteria of the Institution of the concern.

There are various Universities which offers the 3 year LLB program through its morning as well as through its evening classes. The Kurukshetra University Department of Law is one of them. The admission criteria for the 3 years LLB program is as mentioned above.

i did MBA(HR) with aggregate 60% from IP university. I just want to know who i can apply for the LLB 3 year course through evening classes. please suggest me the collage in Delhi from where i can do LLB(though evening class)

what is the procedure for any army person to do llb from any BCI approved law college other than army institute of law ?

Sir, I am an MA,B.Ed Govt.Primary Teacher Working at SBS Nagar PB. Sir, I want to do LLB. So which way I should do LLB correspondence or distance. Or regular but evening session. LLB degree should be valid and will jobable after my retirement. Give me full detailed.
