Am I eligible for AFCAT after doing B.Tech-M.Tech dual degree course


I have done a Btech-Mtech dual degree course.My Btech CGPA was 5.2 and Mech CGPA was 6.5.Am I elgible for a AFCAT(Air Force Common admission test)??

AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test.

For Applying Flying Branch A candidate must have completed your Graduation degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) From Recognized Universities are eligible for this post.Your age should be between 19 to 23 years.

For Applying Technical Branch of AFCAT A candidate must have Completed Their Graduation Degree in Aeronautical Engineering either in Electronics or in Mechanical Engineering are eligible for this post .Your age should be between 18 to 28 years.

For Ground Duty Branch , a candidate should have completed at least their Bachelor Degree can apply here .Your age should be between 20 to 25 years.

You have completed B-Tech so you eligible for AFCAT Exam.

Currently I am doing a dual degree course btech-mtech from ECE branch.
I'll be a post graduate at the age of 23.
can I apply for IAF in flying branch?

AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test.

Eligibility Criteria for AFCAT

Flying Branch
Age: 20 to 24 years
Educational Qualifications: Graduates in any discipline from a recognized university with 60% marks.

Technical Branch
Age: 20 to 26 years
Education qualification-4 year degree.

other criteria
Minimum height - Men & Femal 157.5 Cms with correlated weight.

Acronym of AFCAT stands for Air Force Common Admission Test.

Eligibility criteria:-

Candidate height must be 157.5 cm and weight should be directly proportional to your height.

For flying Branch-

Candidate must be a graduation degree holder in any discipline with a recognized university.

Candidate must have at least 60% aggregate.

Candidate age must be under 20- 24 years.

For Technical Branch-

Candidate must be a technical degree holder having 4 year time duration.

Candidate age should be under 20 – 26 year.
