Respected Sir, I am pursuing B.Tech from KTU and I am in the 1st year of the course so I want to know am I eligible to apply for KEAM 2017 while pursuing B.Tech from KTU? Please answer as soon as possible.

Yes. You can apply for KEAM while pursuing B.Tech. KEAM is conducted in kerala for admission to engineering & agricultural courses.

KEAM Eligibility
- You must be karelite.
- Candidates who not belong to kerala, but studied 8th to 12th standard from kerala are also eligible for KEAM. Candidates whose parents posted in central government or defence are also eligible for KEAM.
- You must have passed 12th with PCM as a main subjects with at least 50% aggregate from a recognized university.
- Your age should be at least 17 years on 31st December of the examination year.

KEAM Exam Pattern
- Total Questions : 240 (Physics : 72 Q, Chemistry : 48 Q, Maths : 120 Q)
- Total Marks : 960
- For Each Correct Answer : 4 Marks
- Negative Marking For Each Incorrect Answer : 1 Mark

- Starting of Registration : 1st Week of Jan, 2017
- Last Date of Registration : Last Week Jan, 2017
- Downloading Admit Cards : March Ending,2017
- KEAM Exam : Paper I (24/04/2017) &
